Key Responsibilities
* Managing key client relationships
* Handling reactive maintenance issues at customer sites
* Writing reports with timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
* Collaborating with other Phasor teams to support client services
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Highly organized with the ability to earn client trust
* Minimum 5 years' experience in administration within the service industry or property management
* Proactive approach with excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficient with IT and experience with job management software such as JobLogic
* Strong communication, report writing, and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail, integrity, and high ethical standards
* Fluent in spoken and written English
