Project Management Opportunity
Our client, a consistently busy Main Building Contractor, specialises in residential new build across the North Leinster Region. Projects are a mixture of housing developments and apartment builds as well as commercial jobs valued up to €50M.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has managed greenfield sites from greenfield stages right through fit out to handover.
The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing projects valued over €10M from inception to completion and be able to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential new builds across Dublin City.
* Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to and support the Contracts Director and Construction Director to ensure smooth completion of projects.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
* Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10M from inception to completion.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
