Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Dental Practice Manager located at our Roscrea clinic. The Dental Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, appointments, and patient records. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with clinical standards, managing team schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves assisting with patient queries, liaising with dental care providers, and helping maintain an efficient and welcoming clinic environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Dental Practice Management and general Practice Management
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
Knowledge or experience in Dental Care and related services
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in administrative and operational management
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or dental industry is an asset
