Lettings & Property Admin | 35KJob Description: The successful candidate will take on all admin duties support the team and will assist on 2 existing portfolio of managed properties all over the greater Dublin area.
Responsibilities: General administrative support, including use of LetMan and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Handling tenant and landlord queries in a professional and timely manner.Coordinating maintenance requests: liaising with contractors, obtaining quotations, and following up on job progress.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tenant and landlord files.Registering tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
Conducting occasional property inspections when required.Overseeing a dedicated property portfolio two days per week in a job-share capacitySkills: Strong administrative and organisational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using LetMan or similar property management software (training can be provided).
