Full time/perm post and reporting to Person in Charge onsite.
Our client, a private Residential Nursing Home based in Bray, Co. Wicklow is looking to hire a suitable Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Nursing Home.
Key Duties:
1. Plan, create, and run training programs that meet the ongoing needs of the service, helping all staff build skills and widen their roles.
2. Oversee, manage, and review the Staff Induction and Clinical Competency programs.
3. Support a workplace that encourages learning and growth for all staff, and take part in training activities on the ward.
4. Function as deputy for the Person in Charge (PIC) and provide Nursing Administration cover as scheduled, including night shifts.
5. Report and document any accidents or incidents involving staff, patients, or visitors to Nursing Administration.

Essential Criteria:
7. Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
8. A post-registration management qualification is desirable.
9. A post-registration qualification in care of the older person is preferred.
10. Minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally within a nursing home setting.
