Conference and Banqueting Manager
We are seeking a skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the C&B department in our events and weddings venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to oversee the planning and execution of all events within the hotel.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional service standards from initial booking through to event delivery. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the C&B department, overseeing event set-up, service, and breakdown, and liaising with clients to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for delivering excellent guest service with attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of event software systems is an advantage.

* Manage all aspects of the C&B department on a daily basis
* Oversee event set-up, service, and breakdown in coordination with operational teams
* Liaise with clients to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded
* Lead, train, and schedule the C&B team to deliver seamless event execution
* Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor service standards and implement improvements as needed
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety, fire, and hygiene regulations
* Manage stock levels, linen, equipment, and function room readiness
