About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to oversee all stages of our bid process. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in managing complex projects.
About You:
* You should have a relevant degree (level 7) in Engineering or hold a 1st class technological certificate.
* You must have at least 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
* You will need to possess a valid Safe Pass Certificate.
* A full driving license is also required.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the bid process from initial tender stage through to final presentation.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver bids on time and within budget.
4. Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
5. Maintain accurate records of progress, expenditure, and any issues that arise.
6. Provide regular updates to management on the status of bids.
