Key Business Role
The primary objective of this position is to oversee the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end business processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Project Development: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating timely schedules, adequate resources, critical milestones, and dependencies.
* Leadership and Communication: Foster collaboration among diverse teams and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
* Adaptability and Decision-Making: Adjust project approaches in response to unforeseen changes or shifts in the environment, making timely decisions to minimize disruption.
Essential Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University or College, or equivalent experience.
* Possess influence and leadership abilities to lead across all organizational levels.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR), and tools.
