Responsibilities
* Own the development of a robust reporting framework for Onboarding, bringing structure and scalability to a fragmented ecosystem
* Partner closely with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key onboarding metrics, build dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the onboarding journey using data
* Deliver insights to stakeholders across the company, from front-line teams to senior leadership, to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
* Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools in Looker (or other BI tools), ensuring data is reliable and actionable
* Collaborate with data engineers and analytics engineers to model onboarding data and ensure pipelines are accurate and aligned with business logic
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
* 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with exposure to operational or product-facing analytics
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
* Experience with BI tools (Looker) and dashboard development
* Familiarity with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architectures
* Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define success metrics where none yet exist
* Experience with dbt, LookML, and version control tools (Git, GitHub, etc.)
* Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
* Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle tracking
