Electrical Estimation Leadership Role
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of electrical estimating, ensuring accurate project estimation for energy-related projects across Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, including environmental impact.
* Determine and manage costs associated with works required.
* Lead and develop a team of quantity surveyors.
* Report on project plans and developments to senior directors.
* Coordinate materials procurement for programs.
* Negotiate contracts and liaise with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating, software systems, engineering, and construction. Familiarity with large-scale construction programs, contractor experience, and international projects is highly beneficial.
