Infrastructure Management Professional

The Infrastructure Management Professional will support the Land, Property and Planning Manager in overseeing infrastructure for the project on which they have been deployed to facilitate a seamless delivery of Core Bus Corridors Infrastructure Works (CBCIW) on-time and efficiently.
* Managing ducting infrastructure, including coordination of proofing and repair projects;
* Inspecting third-party roadworks;
* Supervising contractors' performance to ensure works meet contract specifications and requirements;
* Interface management with third parties;
Essential skills:
* Ability to manage technical requirements and teams within a construction environment;
* Familiarity with MS Office applications and project tools and methodologies;
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a construction related field;
* Chartered member of a relevant professional body e.g. Chartered Engineer (ICE, IEI or equivalent).
