OverviewWe are seeking a creative, highly organized designer to produce and manage marketing assets for user acquisition, YouTube, and social channels. This role covers capturing in-app footage, creating high-performing ad creatives, and managing asset organization and metadata. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within brand guidelines, handling fast turnarounds, and delivering assets across multiple formats and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop video and image ad creatives for Google Ads, YouTube, and social channelsProduce multiple creative formats and lengths tailored to platform requirementsCapture gameplay video and screenshots from app builds for use in ads, YouTube, and social contentUpload videos directly to YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadataCollaborate with marketing team to deliver performance-driven assetsFollow IP partner brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality across all deliverablesCreate, maintain and store projects for ease of access and use by other employeesManage exports, aspect ratios, and technical specs for platforms like Google Ads and YouTube (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc)Deliver quick-turn iterations and multiple versions to support ongoing creative testingExplore, evaluate, and use AI powered tools to improve efficiency, iteration speed, and asset production qualityApply AI tools where appropriate for tasks such as video editing assistance, resizing, versioning, metadata generation, and workflow automationMaintain and update the UA asset inventory spreadsheet with links and metadataCreate, maintain, and organize projects to ensure easy access and usability for other employeesSkills And QualificationsExperience creating digital ads or user acquisition creatives for mobile appsProficiency with design and video tools (such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)Ability to capture and edit in-app footage across multiple devices and OS buildsUnderstanding of creative best practices for YouTube, Google Ads, and mobile UAFamiliarity or strong interest in learning and applying AI assisted toolsStrong organizational skills, including metadata management and asset trackingComfortable working within strict IP brand guidelinesAbility to work quickly, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
