Financial Operations Manager We are seeking a qualified Accountant to support the Financial Controller and contribute to the development of a robust finance function. This role presents a unique opportunity to join our team at an exciting stage, where your expertise will play a vital role in shaping financial operations and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 13 years post-qualification experience as a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), strong IT and financial systems skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset. They must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare monthly management accounts for group companies 2. SUPPORT senior management with budgeting planning AND Systems Development 3. EFFECTIVE preparation reconciliation OF Balance sheet Accounts MANAGE inter-company transactions cash flow Management Develop maintain internal accounting policies business processes Continuously review enhance internal FINANCIAL controls Ensure compliance STATUTORY taxation obligations manage YEAR-end audit process liaise external auditors Contribute various ad hoc finance projects required guidelines ensure data integrity accurate timely entry general ledger applications desirable performance metrics maintenance strategic plans fiscal year.
