We are seeking an experienced senior operations leader to oversee all hospitality and event operations at a prominent stadium venue.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead high-volume, multi-faceted hospitality operations including café, matchday service, private events, and corporate hospitality.
* Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all departments ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing front-of-house and kitchen team fostering a culture of excellence.
* Oversee scheduling, rostering, and 7-day operations including weekends and event days ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Take full responsibility for financial management including profit and loss, budgets, stock, and supplier relationships ensuring strategic cost control.
* Implement standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency and quality across all areas.
* Drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and pricing techniques ensuring business expansion.
* Act on customer feedback to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time promoting customer loyalty.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role within hospitality, stadiums, hotels, catering, or large-scale events.
* Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial resources.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* A flexible approach with availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days ensuring business needs are met.
Key Requirements:
