The Role
Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the VP of Digital Health Technology, the Web Platform Developer will be responsible for the design and development of Web based applications as part of the Vitalograph Digital Health Platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain Web applications as part of a complete digital heath system.
* Collaborate with Apps engineers to ensure seamless integration of all components.
* Design and implement real-time Web Based software solutions using C#, .NET, Java for full-stack web development.
* Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Web based applications.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web applications.
* Ensure that all work and tasks carried out are consistent and compliant with Vitalograph’s SOPs.
* Work closely with our software developers, test engineers and business analysts as part of our development team to build a secure and scalable platform.
* Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards and best practice.
* Investigate and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements:
* Computer Science Degree or equivalent engineering degree that includes software development
* 3+ years in Web applications development.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
* Expertise in SQL databases.
* Experience with git source code control, code review tools, React, Node, Angular, Git, Docker or similar
Favourable Skills:
* Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, which includes .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
* Experience with Android stack
* Pro-active, with proven ability to work under own initiative, while being a strong team player.
