Pharmacy leadership opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team of professionals. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing expert service and advice in dispensary, OTC healthcare, and dermo-cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales targets by maintaining high pharmacy presentation and managing cash and creditor accounting
* Provide expert service and advice to customers in dispensary, OTC healthcare, and dermo-cosmetics
* Lead the team in giving advice and providing excellent care to customers
* Provide guidance and support for new and existing employees, and offer on-the-job training

* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and follow through on shop issues

* Full-time role, normally working 40 hours per week

The ideal candidate should have experience in dispensary, front-of-shop, cosmetics, and attention to detail. They should be mature, organized, with strong leadership capabilities and excellent customer care skills.
