1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for mid-office applications aligned with our business strategy
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimisation Application Ownership & Governance Oversee lifecycle management of key applications supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality & Compliance Ensure robust governance, documentation, and change control processes are in place Manage relationships with external partners Team & Stakeholder Management Lead a cross-functional team of analysts Act as the primary liaison between IT and relevant business functions ensuring effective communication stakeholder engagement Innovation & Continuous Improvement Promote best practices standardisation reuse across application platforms Evaluate emerging technologies recommend adoption when appropriate Operational Excellence Ensure robust support maintenance enhancement processes are in place Monitor report on platform performance usage KPIs Compliance Risk Management Ensure platforms comply internal policies regulatory frameworks Manage risk proactive monitoring vendor management incident response planning Project Delivery Support project planning resource allocation delivery initiatives within scope time budget Provide oversight guidance solution design integration Benefits Realisation Work closely with stakeholders ensure benefits technology investments fully realised aligned business goals
