Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. The role will involve providing administrative support to the management team and contributing to the daily operations of our Residential Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management team
* Assist in preparing task lists and duties for the day
* Manage and book individuals' health-related appointments
* Update individual risk management plans in consultation with the PIC/Deputy Managers and Key Workers
* Ensure files are up-to-date and organized in a neat and tidy fashion
* Ensure team meeting minutes are typed up and made available through SharePoint
* Ensure all incident, accident, and daily reports are completed for the previous week
* Ensure fire drills are completed by the designated person
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualification: NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or related discipline
* Knowledge: Social care or health-related sector
* Experience: 2 years' previous experience in social care setting or health-related discipline
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in written communication skills (report writing)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Administrative experience
* Proficient in IT
