We're hiring a Field Sales Executive on behalf of a global FMCG leader. This is a full-time, field-based role covering the
North Cork & Tipperary
territory, managing relationships across independent retailers, symbol groups, multiples and wholesale accounts.
This role suits someone who enjoys being out on the road, building strong customer relationships, and driving commercial performance in-store.
What You'll Do
* Manage and develop relationships across retail and wholesale customers in your territory
* Influence distribution, visibility, availability and space in-store
* Execute promotional plans and optimise category performance
* Identify new opportunities to grow distribution and visibility
* Educate retailers on product information, market insights and activation plans
* Work towards territory targets across sales, distribution and coverage
What We're Looking For
* Experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing commercial environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable planning your own day
* Full clean driving licence (company car provided)

* €36,750 base salary (flexible for strong experience) + annual pay increments
* Up to 24% annual bonus (typically paid before Christmas)
