We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our hotel's in-house team.
This role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service across all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of housekeeping and accommodation teams.
* Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
* Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail throughout the department.
* Train and induct staff on Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure effective use of resources and minimization of waste.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Operations Manager is essential.
* Strong management skills, with ability to oversee and motivate teams.
* Computer literacy and experience with purchasing systems.
* Flexible working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
