We are seeking an experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join the management team of a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Co Roscommon.
* This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with previous experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a busy 4/5* Hotel or similar establishment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in conference and banquets. They must also be able to legally work full-time in Ireland without restrictions, have excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
* A key responsibility of this role will involve ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service at all times, addressing queries efficiently, working effectively with management and staff alike, prioritising tasks under pressure.
