Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our retail team.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the front of house is always clean and well-maintained.
You will be required to work 3 full days per week minimum from 9am to 6pm, packing and labelling products, maintaining displays and merchandising pre-pack counters. Part-time and full-time roles are available, working Saturdays included.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and organized shop environment at all times.
* Ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Pack and label products efficiently.
* Provide top-notch customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
* Share product knowledge confidently and enthusiastically.
Requirements:
* A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships.
* Basic food knowledge and some home cooking experience.
* Availability to work Saturdays.
