Senior Sales Leadership Role
This is a national position covering Ireland and Northern Ireland, offering excellent career development opportunities for an experienced sales leader who can combine strategic planning with hands-on sales execution.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a B2B field sales environment, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to identify and close opportunities. Experience in the automotive, agricultural, plant, or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a national sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Develop and execute strategies to grow new and existing customer relationships across multiple sectors.
Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities to support sales growth.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales personnel.
Work collaboratively with area managers and wider team to drive national performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service across a wide client base, from SMEs to major buying groups.
