Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and review corporate and personal tax returns with precision and timeliness.
* Lead junior staff and contribute to process enhancements.
* Collaborate closely with partners and clients to provide tailored advice on restructuring, succession planning, tax planning, and cross-border matters.
* Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients as a key point of contact.
* Liaise with revenue authorities and other stakeholders as required.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and translate this knowledge into practical advice for clients.
Requirements:
* CTA qualified (or equivalent), with 5+ years' experience in practice.
* Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.
* Experience handling both compliance and advisory projects.
* Confident communicator who excels at collaborating with clients and colleagues alike.
* Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple client needs.
