 
        
        Support Professional - Overnight Position
 * Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for service users.
 * Deliver non-directive support and advocacy services to individuals.
 * Promote participation and social interaction within the community.
 * Adhere to established behavioral care/support plans as developed by project workers.
 * Offer assistance to clients/residents on general appointments, in accordance with individualized care/support plans.
 * Act as an advocate for service users when necessary.
Responsibilities encompass writing reports, maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with incoming staff, and attending management/operational supervision sessions. The position may require working weekends, nights, and public holidays, as well as participating in training/meetings at various locations.
