Drawing on your deep expertise incommercial-scale spray drying, you will lead process development activities, support a live commercial spray dryer, and drive successfultechnology transferfrom development through to manufacture.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced spray-drying specialist who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to shape the future of pharmaceutical formulation at scale.Role of this position* You will head the team providing ongoing technical support to commercial spray-drying operations, while co-leadingDesign of Experiments (DoE)for new Spray Dried Intermediate (SDI) processes. This role also offers a unique opportunity to play akey technical leadership rolein a major capital project, including the installation and qualification of a new, state-of-the-art spray-drying facility.JOB REQUIREMENTSBSc/BEng or higher in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a Science discipline.A minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, with a significant portion of that time focused on enabled formulations & spray drying. * Proven expertise in designing and executing DoEs for spray drying process development and scale-up.Deep understanding of the engineering principles involved in spray drying.Familiarity with process, equipment, and cleaning validation, as well as cGMP's and regulatory requirements, is required.
