As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts ManagerInform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals' goals to enhance performanceMaintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environmentTo fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as requiredTo build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always metThe ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:Must have Right to Work in the ROIPrevious experience in the cleaning sector is essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in delivering effective customer serviceSupervision capabilityEmployee improvement/training
