As Engineering Manager, Reliability, you will ensure smooth operations and increase the reliability of live products and services.
You will resolve incidents blocking customer outcomes and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. This role may span a single product group or multiple groups within channels.

What You'll Do
In your role, you'll collaborate with diverse skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
* Manage Reliability Engineering teams to meet standards and SLAs/OLAs.
* Act as incident escalation point.
* Review third-party contracts, capacity, availability, performance, and SLAs.
* Communicate Operational Change demand to Engineering Managers.
* Enable automation of repeatable requests and processes.
* Explain technical problems and solutions in simple terms for risk-based decision-making.

* Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile in headless eCommerce environments.
* Experience in Retail Technology organisations or fast-paced businesses.
* Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Solid background in software engineering and support with extensive experience in systems and technologies.
* Experience building and leading teams of engineers from various vendors.
* Strong understanding of ITIL and its practical application in digital worlds.
* Organisation and handling multiple work streams, managing partners and expectations.
