We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Morning Menu Coordinator to join our culinary team.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position, 5 days per week, with 2 days off. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role or busy kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the early morning service and roll out the breakfast menu in conjunction with the head chef.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
* Manage stock ordering and par levels as agreed with the head chef.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position or busy kitchen environment.
* Proven track record of maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
This is not a seasonal position. Shifts are primarily 6am - 2pm. We offer competitive benefits for this role.
