Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the leadership team, this Manager will be a key client-facing member of the firm responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions. Duties include:
* Client Management
– Building relationships with owner-managed businesses and fast-growing companies.
* Accounts Compliance
– Oversight of annual financial statements and liaising with audit and internal teams.
* Tax Compliance
– Managing personal and corporate tax filings, collaborating with the internal tax team.
* Outsourced CFO/FC Support
– Providing operational and strategic finance input to clients on a project basis.
* Valuations & Advisory
– Supporting valuation work and broader strategic advisory including M&A support.
* Mentoring & Development
– Supporting junior team members in their professional growth and technical development.
* Process Optimisation
– Contributing to internal improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
* Leadership Exposure
– Working closely with Partners across multiple business lines and with external stakeholders.
