The Role
You will manage a portfolio of end-customers, negotiating payment plans, monitoring accounts and providing reporting on collection activity. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing account data to determine best collections strategies, escalating any situations that require solution-driven approaches and utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong autonomy, team-working resilient persistent mindset fluency French-speaking preferably English-second language experience level all-considered but ideally one-year previous work in finance banking relations customer service administration acccounting two months training-service remote working option after performance reviews given.
