Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Factory Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, overseeing production and warehouse teams.
* Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while driving operational KPIs.
* Handle facilities responsibilities to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee cleanroom operations, production flow, and resource management.
* Maintain safe working conditions and cleanroom compliance.
* Lead incident reporting, corrective actions, and regular Gemba walks.
* Conduct stand-up meetings to review targets and priorities.
* Ensure production schedules meet quality and delivery standards.
* Promote continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.
* Lead, coach, and train the team to foster high performance.
* Manage attendance, performance evaluations, and team flexibility.
* Coordinate with warehouse for inventory management and material flow, ensuring cleanroom storage standards.
* Oversee facility functions like HVAC, utilities, and equipment maintenance with external contractors.
Skills/Experience:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in a medical/pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs like SQDC.
* Experience with ERP systems and demand planning.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Lean and continuous improvement mindset.
* Proficient with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and production software.
* Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, compressed air) is a plus.
* Understanding of ISO Class 7 cleanroom protocols and GMP principles is a plus.
