Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative Customer Service Executive with full fluency in French, Spanish, and English to join our diverse team in supporting our customers with issues such as password requests, supply chain malfunctions, and other activities.
This role is Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30, with 3 days in our Park West office as part of a hybrid working model.
You will be the voice of Workhuman, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience by resolving issues effectively and building strong relationships across cultures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Documenting and resolving customer issues, and suggesting process improvements
Qualifications and skills required:
* Fluency in French, Spanish, and English
* Strong customer focus and sense of urgency
* Respectful communication across cultures
* Ambitious and career-oriented attitude
* Customer relationship skills
* Proficiency in technology systems for customer records and workflows
