The role focuses on operational aspects—back office, technology, data and AI—supporting global clients across manufacturing, engineering & construction, aerospace & defence, automotive, and business services sectors.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to shape meaningful, people‑centred change across multiple industries.Build trusted relationships and guide strategic opportunities through pursuit and business development activities.Drive industry‑led thought leadership, proposition development, and solution design for clients.Partner with clients, proactively managing several accounts and participating in management discussions to gather data and understand issues.Facilitate working sessions of medium to large sized groups and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data.Identify, nurture and grow business development and pursuit activities across relevant sectors, industries or priority client accounts.Qualifications / ExperienceDemonstrable experience in growing an industry capability, delivering client impact, and achieving commercial outcomes at a strategic and delivery level.Proven record of success in technology‑enabled transformation programmes in back‑office areas such as finance, HR, etc.Strong project management skills within a transformation context or similar complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills, solution‑design mindset, and experience leading multiple complex client projects.Experience in go‑to‑market strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and related business development.Key personal attributes: active listening, communication, creativity, customer relationship management, emotional regulation, influence, innovation, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to embrace change.Availability for travel up to 20%.PwC is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to creating a diverse workforce.
