Role
Role Brief: Leading all fitness classes and collaborating on new fitness plans and strategies for our clients.
Responsibilities
* The ability to work in a corporate health & fitness setting and adhere to professional conduct and behaviour always
* Ensure health & fitness facilities are clean, safe, and clear of obstructions
* Carry out inductions with new members, assess health issues, ensure fitness to train, provide guidance, set up training programmes, and conduct monthly reassessments for current members
* Instruct group exercise classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Combat Fitness/Boxing, Mobility, and Resistance Bands
* Report on class engagement
* Provide open support to all members regarding fitness needs and goals
Requirements
* Must have proof of and updated relevant Personal Training/Fitness Instructor Qualification to level 4 or equivalent
* Yoga, Pilates & Spin/Indoor Cycling qualifications are a considerable advantage
* Experience working in a Corporate setting is an advantage
* Candidates must be outgoing with excellent customer service skills
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience with the ability to teach an array of classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Combat Fitness/Boxing, Mobility, Resistance Bands
* Basic administration/computer skills essential
* Running enthusiast is an advantage
Benefits
* Part-time contract – 12 hours per week
* €13.70 per hour
* Location: Leopardstown area
* Working hours: Tuesday 7:45am – 1:45pm and Wednesday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
* 25 days pro rata for part-time
