We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our busy site team in Ashbourne, Co.
Meath. This flexi role, working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, will play a key part in supporting the coordination, documentation, and administration of our utility and civil works projects, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Upload, organise, and maintain folders for all newly received projects to ensure clear and accessible documentation.
Prepare and submit service drawings as required for project progression.
Accurately process supplier invoices, maintaining a strong focus on detail and deadlines.
Record material trackers, maintain dockets for received materials and liaise with suppliers.
