Warehouse Operative/Office Administrator
We are a supply company based in Portarlington, Co Laois and are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative/Office Administrator on a part time basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Including but not limited to....
Accurately processing orders on a daily basis
Processing of sales and purchase orders
Ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse
Arranging order collections and liaising with couriers
Managing office emails and correspondence
Liaising with customers, suppliers and couriers
Ensuring all inbound goods are checked, recorded and stored correctly
Counting and recording items for stocktake
JOB DETAILS
Hours of work are Monday to Friday
9am – 1pm
Flexibility is required with regard to starting and finishing times to facilitate early or late deliveries during our busy season (typically March – May)
Hourly pay rate of €17-€18.50 depending on experience.

Excellent attention to detail
A high level of accuracy in completing tasks
Strong and accurate numeracy skills
Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask
An up to date Manual Handling Certificate
A knowledge of Quickbooks online is an advantage
Good computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Good communication and telephone skills
Fluent English
The ability to oversee day to day operations in the warehouse
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to a changing workload
The ability to take instruction as well as work on your own initiative
Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
Have a good level of fitness and be comfortable lifting and moving heavy goods.

Pay: €17.00-€18.50 per hour
