As a Government & Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation across energy, climate, trade, urban development, and digital equity.
Our team helps clients rethink how they plan, fund, and deliver major projects, leveraging our expertise in capital project delivery, commercial strategy, project controls, assurance reviews, procurement, cost intelligence, and transformation advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering complex government and private sector infrastructure and capital project client engagements as part of high-performing teams.
* Supporting clients through advisory services utilizing capital projects delivery experience.
* Analyzing project and programmes control and strategic processes, policies, and procedures to present key recommendations to clients.
* Presenting reports in MS PowerPoint through concise/crisp presentation forms.
* Collaborating with global teams to leverage experience, resources, and capabilities.
Requirements:
* A deep interest in infrastructure and major capital projects.
* At least 5 years' previous experience in capital project commercial or delivery environments.
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases, including planning, execution, and closure.
* Experience working in business change programs, either internally or as an external consultant.
* Relevant experience planning and scheduling projects, monitoring progress throughout delivery stages.
* Numerate with strong analytical skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Awareness of regulatory requirements applicable to industries such as transport, water, and energy.
* Ability to develop strong working relationships and collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools/software packages.
