We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our expanding team in Bantry. As a key member of the People agenda, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to support the growth and success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support on HR mailboxes, escalating employee queries as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Oversee the administration of HR systems and databases, ensuring seamless data management.
* Coordinate the induction process for new staff, delivering comprehensive training programs both remotely and in-person.
* Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure all necessary documents and information are compliant with company standards.
* Monitor and manage employee absence and sick leave, providing supportive guidance throughout the process.
* Support the annual performance management cycle, collaborating with line managers and employees to drive individual development.
* Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms, evaluating and screening candidate applications.
* Conduct thorough interviews, assessing candidates against our organisational needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
