Job Title: Business Analyst Type: Permanent Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) Job Description: Atop client of ours, a highly respected and well-established financial services organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing IT and Change function.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering major digital and operational transformation initiatives across the business.Renowned for their strong culture, long-term career opportunities, and commitment to innovation, this organisation offers a collaborative and supportive working environment where your expertise will genuinely make an impact.Job Responsibilities Lead business requirements gathering and analysis activities, translating business needs into clearly defined specifications.Design and document efficient business processes in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions that align with the organisations goals.Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test cases and tracking outcomes.Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and reports.Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure internal teams can support implemented changes effectively.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality and performance.Experience Required Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role within the financial services sector, preferably in life and pensions or wealth management.Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.Proven track record in requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.Desirable Skills Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks in Ireland.Experience using tools for process mapping and documentation.Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Working Hours & Benefits Monday to Friday standard working hours with flexitime options.Hybrid and remote working arrangements supported.
