About Your New Job
* Daily Operations
: Oversee daily workload distribution to ensure helpdesk and project assignments are completed accurately and timely.
* Client Interaction
: Respond promptly to set-up and maintenance requests from customers, ensuring high-quality service.
* Project Involvement
: Engage in varied projects, from straightforward to complex, and assist in the documentation, response, and management of client requests for new data.
* Quality Assurance
: Define and execute test plans, support user acceptance testing, and recommend process enhancements for efficient and accurate data management.
* Problem Resolution
: Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with business and systems partners to resolve data quality issues.
What Skills You Need
* Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience
: 1-2 years in Mutual Fund Operations, Business Analysis, or Data Analyst roles within Financial Services.
* Technical Skills
: Working knowledge of investment securities and Bloomberg is an advantage.
* Attention to Detail
: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think analytically.
* Team Player
: Initiative-taking team player who thinks across Fidelity and can deliver solutions to complex challenges.
