Senior Technical Program Manager – Data Analytics / Business Intelligence (Datacenter Operations)

Are you a data-driven leader who loves turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insight?

A global technology organisation is looking for a
Senior Technical Program Manager – Data Analytics
to lead the regional analytics function for its
datacenter operations
. You'll own the tools, reporting, and analytics that help senior leaders make better decisions across critical environment (CE) and IT operations.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can blend
technical depth, program leadership, and stakeholder influence
in a fast-moving environment.

As Senior Technical Program Manager – Data Analytics, you will
:

* Lead the
analytics and reporting function
for datacenter operations.
* Translate raw operational data into
actionable insights
that drive performance, uptime, and efficiency.
* Design, build, and maintain
Power BI (or similar) dashboards
to support CE, IT, and operational stakeholders.
* Produce
executive-ready reports and presentations
to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Develop and scale
shared analytics platforms
that can be used across multiple regions and functions.
* Own and continuously enhance a
Dynamics 365–based Operational Readiness tool
, improving functionality, integration, and user experience.
* Define and enforce
data governance standards
, including metric definitions, data quality, and reporting consistency.
* Create a
single source of truth
for operational metrics and uptime KPIs.
* Partner closely with
engineering, operations, and external partners
to drive best practice across the datacenter portfolio.
* Support
operational readiness programs
, ensuring tools and analytics underpin high availability and compliance.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in
Data Science, Statistics
, or a related quantitative field.
* 5+ years' experience
in data analysis, MI reporting, or business intelligence solutions.
* Strong hands-on experience with
Power BI or Tableau
for dashboard development.
* Solid knowledge of
SQL
, and preferably
Kusto (KQL)
and
DAX
.
* Track record of
turning data into decisions
– not just building reports, but driving outcomes.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience managing or leading a
business-critical analytics or reporting function
.

Nice to have:

* Experience in
datacenter, pharma, or large-scale manufacturing
operations.
* Understanding of
operational KPIs, uptime methodologies, and business-critical digital platforms
.
* Proven
program management
experience across cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable working in
ambiguous environments
, creating clarity, structure, and momentum.

* Competitive Rate
* Initial 6-Months Contract + 12 Months Extension Option
* Hybrid - Dublin
