JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: Individualised Support Co-Ordinator - Grade VII DUBLIN AREA PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week) Salary: €59,419 - €77,243 * (LSI) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience. REQ: Avista are looking for a candidate that will sustain the work to date and lead out on future development and the implementation of individualised supports service across the Dublin and surrounding areas. This includes monitoring impact of individualised support services, and lead and co-ordinate efforts to further increase resources to support the expansion of individualised supports for individuals in line with their preference. The ideal candidate will be a creative critical thinker who is committed to supporting and enabling individuals we support to live their best lives as active citizens in an inclusive society through the delivery of quality services and governance systems that operate in line with Avista's core values. Essential: 3rd Level Health or Social Care Qualification Training in Supported Self-Directed Living SSDL and Social Role Valorisation Management Qualification or in process of completing a Management Course. Full Driver's Licence and access to vehicle Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience post qualification working in direct service provision roles Experience of managing a team Experience in developing, supporting and leading rights based innovative service solutions to identified need and preferences Excellent knowledge of Data Privacy Good practical Knowledge of Human Rights legislation Experience of collaborating with internal and external partners in a complex environment Experience of working in collaboration with specialists' services e.g. multi-disciplinary teams Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
