About The Role

At Diageo, our brands don’t just sit on shelves – they live in culture, shape moments of celebration, and connect with millions of consumers around the world. We’re now looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to some of the world’s most iconic brands. As a Senior Brand Manager in Diageo Ireland, you will shape and deliver breakthrough brand plans, delivering outstanding creativity across all touchpoints and delivering on ambitious growth plans. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer, customer and shopper insights, and bring plans to life in a magnetic way from point of sale to above the line.


You’ll Be Building Purposeful Winning Brands By

* Emerging capability in prioritisation and strategy development
* Strong strategy activation and compelling brand storytelling capabilities
* Skilled at using data to increase personalisation and effectiveness of campaigns
* Insight generation capability – translating consumer curiosity into insights
* Forging powerful partnerships
* Driving marketing performance and delivering integrated execution: develops and leads compelling briefs on new-to-market growth drivers


Responsibilities

* Leading the digital & media point of contact for the brand, including social strategy and collaboration with media and content agencies to create seamless omnichannel experiences.
* Managing in-market creative development and collaboration with external and internal partners to resonate with Irish consumers.
* Inspiring and leading cross-functional and inter-agency teams to develop breakthrough brand insights and translate them into consumer and customer execution.
* Maintaining a “never settle” attitude to create brilliant brand experiences for consumers.
* Delivering all project-critical metrics to successful outcomes.


Supporting

* Shape-the-future projects by leading execution of plans and orchestrating cross-functional and cross-agency teams to meet project metrics on time and on budget.
* Ensure all projects meet Diageo Ireland expectations for impact (brand equity, recruitment, share gains or margin), fame (brand resonance in culture), local relevance (Irish consumer focus), creative flair, and learning (capture takeaways).


Qualifications

* 6+ years of relevant marketing experience
* Proven management of senior partners with strong, positive outcomes
* Holistic skills across marketing growth drivers with a track record of transformational results
* Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, matrixed environment
* Experience across media, digital, social & DDM, experiential, PR, culture & trade marketing
* Demonstrated execution to high standards across brand-building pillars
* Strong personal accountability for high performance
* Strong commercial and numerical competence with attention to detail; experience working across multiple countries/geographies
