Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to business planning and lead HR strategy aligned with organisational goals.
* Provide expert advice while ensuring all practices comply with employment legislation.
* Partner with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback, development, and high performance.
* Maintain and update policies, handbooks, and frameworks across international locations.
* Identify training needs and support professional growth across the organisation.
* Lead and support key HR initiatives; prepare monthly HR reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role.
* Strong understanding of employment law (Ireland essential; UK/India desirable).
* CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
* Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
