Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Dublin, is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to enter a high-performing finance team, reporting to the CFO and working directly with the commercial team. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Prepare comprehensive monthly management account packs Lead and manage a finance team Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise performance, manage costs, and drive efficiencies. Oversee the annual audit process and ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to align with organisational goals. Collaborate with department heads to monitor costs and prepare detailed monthly performance reports. Manage stock control processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and stronger internal controls. Ideal candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a financial management role within a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Experience in stock control and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
