Our GastroBar/Restaurant in Cork City region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-end restaurant environment.
* Prior culinary education or training from an accredited institution.
* Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food costing, stock control and inventory management.
* Familiarity with HACCP principles and procedures.
