Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation. Support the recruitment and onboarding process, performance management, and offboarding activities. HR Records: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR. Support employee engagement initiatives Assist with the development of company policies and deliver HR training as required. The Person: CIPD qualified (or working towards) Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a generalist/advisory HR role Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
