**Job Description:** As a Sales Administrator, you will be the front of desk, dealing directly with customers. Your key responsibilities will include handling timesheets and queries related to insulation projects, managing measurements and pricing, processing invoices, and dealing with grants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Manage and process customer payments and grants
* Process and manage customer timesheets and queries
* Provide accurate estimates and quotations
* Support the sales team and enhance customer interactions

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency in Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to give accurate estimates and quotations
* Experience in scanning, saving, and filling out grant forms and contracts
* Commercially savvy with a good understanding of pricing and invoicing
