About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Development Infrastructure team, focusing on business growth, project delivery, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction to the Development Infrastructure team.
* Oversee the financial performance of the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead business development and work winning initiatives within the region, engaging with public and private sector clients.
* Liaise with clients to develop repeat and new business opportunities.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS AND CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
* Expand the business and contribute to achieving business targets.
* Develop and submit client briefs or fee proposals, and contribute to major bids.
* Ensure technical delivery and financial performance of projects.
* Mentor and support the development of team members, including Project Managers and Technical Leads.
* LEAD PROJECT TEAMS AND REPRESENT THE TEAM INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY AT AN APPROPRIATE LEVEL.
Requirements
* Civil Engineering Degree and/or Masters Degree.
* Chartered Member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland or Institution of Civil Engineers or relevant Institution.
* Successful track record of building client relationships and identifying, pursuing, and winning work.
* A highly motivated individual with a passion for succeeding and developing an industry-leading development infrastructure team.
* A senior professional with proven experience in delivering Development Infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.
* Experience working with developer clients and contractors.
* Proven ability to supervise and develop staff.
